1. Acceptance of Terms

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. hopejl does not warrant that the Services will meet your expectations, be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Account Closure and Termination

Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining account balance, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements. Unclaimed balances may be forfeited after a period of inactivity as determined by applicable laws and regulations.

11.2 Termination by hopejl

hopejl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.
